I have been in love with this product since I first tried it. I can’t remember how many years ago it was, but it was a long time!!! Since then, I have tried to find a cleanser that was similar but to no avail. I have been on the wait list for this product to come back for a few years. I was so delighted to see that it was back for a limited time. I bought 3 of them. (It’s a running joke in my family that I buy everything in 3’s). I hope you reconsider bringing this back full time. I haven’t found anything close to it and that makes me sad!

I was so disappointed when I found out this cleanser was discontinued because it’s the only cleanser that healed my skin. Nothing I use compares to it now, and I truly hope Farmacy considers bringing it back permanently. It seems like many others, myself included, would definitely keep buying if so. This was a holy grail product!

I think this stuff rocks. I use it almost every day in the morning. It makes my skin feel so bright and fresh, and it’s right in the sweet spot for me of moisturising without being greasy. However, the packaging is bumming me out and that’s why I deducted a star. Every time I go to use it there’s a bead of product that’s dripped down the outside of the bottle that’s essentially wasted. Please redo this in a more consistent/sturdy bottle that won’t leak, it’s such a great product and I’d love to buy again!

I absolutely love the actually serum, it’s worked really well and makes my skin look great, but I’ve purchased two bottles of this and each one has leaked SO much from the top. Every day product leaks out the bottle, and it’s not just a tiny drip, it’s enough to rub down the side of the bottle and leave rings on my counters. It doesn’t happen right away, it’s after maybe a few weeks of consistent use, but I won’t be purchasing more until that’s addressed because so much gets wasted. The product itself is great, I just wish the packaging was better.

The packaging is SO bad.

This is truly still the best cleansing balm. The reformulation never worked for me. This original formula is the ONLY thing that works for my skin and does not irritate it at all. It actually has helped heal my skin and acne! I have tried so many other alternatives and my skin freaks out every time.
