Returns and Exchanges

Unauthorized Sellers

Shipping

Free Shipping over $40+ 

For domestic U.S. orders only, we offer free standard shipping on orders $40+. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $5 for all orders under $40.

Shipping Timelines 

All orders placed Monday–Friday EST will ship within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays or major inclement weather events. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST Friday-Sunday will ship the next business day. 

We ship most domestic U.S. orders via FedEx and most orders deliver within 2-3 days of fulfillment. 

For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please allow 5-7 business days for orders to arrive.  

PO Boxes and Military AFO/APO boxes may experience longer transit times. We ship all shipments FedEx, which will be handed off to USPS in the last leg of transit. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery.

Order Status 

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a FedEx tracking number. Please use this tracking number for the most up to date information available for your package. If you need further assistance, please reach out to us at customercare@farmacybeauty.com.

Missing, Damaged, or Lost Packages

If your package was marked delivered, please confirm that the delivery address was entered correctly and check with neighbors to see if they received your package by mistake.

If you still cannot locate your order, please contact FedEx for assistance.

If your package arrived damaged or FedEx has confirmed it is lost, please email us at customercare@farmacybeauty.com so we can assist. 


Animal Testing

Farmacy Beauty is cruelty free and Leaping Bunny Certified, which means none of our ingredients, suppliers, vendors, or distributors test on animals for any reason. You can learn more about this certification through the Leaping Bunny Program

Ingredients & Formulas

Are Farmacy Beauty products non-toxic?

All Farmacy products are formulated to be safe and non-toxic. They go through rigorous testing prior to coming to market and we take every step to ensure that our products are tested for safety and efficacy.

We source potent natural ingredients, support local farms, and do our best to preserve the earth and its resources. Our chemists then transform these natural ingredients into scientifically proven, efficacious skincare formulations.

Are your products gluten-free?

While our products are not made with gluten, we do manufacture on shared equipment and cannot guarantee there are no trace elements of gluten present.

Are your products vegan?

Our honey line is not vegan because honey is a byproduct of bees, however, all products outside of the honey line are vegan. We do not use any animal derived ingredients. 

Are your products organic?

While some of the ingredients we use are organic, our products are not certified organic.

We formulate our products without…

We do not use GMO, mineral oil, formaldehyde, synthetic fragrance, phthalate, or artificial dyes. We are also paraben free. This represents our unwavering commitment to keeping our hands, conscience, and formulas clean. You can find a full listing of all the ingredients on each product page.

How are your ingredients sourced and harvested?

We are constantly in pursuit of unique and potent ingredients found in nature, which serve as the starting point and inspiration for all of our innovation. We explore family and independent farms around the world in search of unique ingredients that deliver unparalleled freshness and potency.

We maintain ethical standards on all raw ingredients and work with suppliers that practice proper stewardship of the environment and fair trade practices.

How do I know which products work best for my skin type and concern?

Product Shelf Life 

For shelf life inquiries, please send us an email with the lot/batch code (found on the bottom of your product) to customercare@farmacybeauty.com

Do you offer free samples?

We do include free samples with every order but they are not customizable.  At the moment, we do not have samples for sale or a way to request specific samples, but we are working on a way to make this available. Stay tuned! 

Are your products pregnancy safe?

Our products undergo rigorous safety testing, so they are generally safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. You may encounter new skin concerns throughout pregnancy, linked to hormonal fluctuations and other related conditions; it’s always wise to consult your doctor before making any changes to your usual routine. Please note, any products containing BHA are not recommended for use during pregnancy. You can see a full list of all ingredients on our product pages.

Are your products safe for babies? 

While all our formulations are safety tested and made from non-toxic ingredients, we do not recommend using honey-based products on children under 1-year. Raw honey is associated with a risk of botulism in infants, and while none of our products contain 100% raw honey (our honey is pasteurized), we do not advise using it on infants, or using it on yourself if you care for an infant. 


Virtual Consultations

What are Virtual Consultations? 

Virtual Consultations allow you to book a free one-on-one appointment with a Farmacy Skincare Consultant to learn more about how to use our products or to customize your routine. They are also happy to assist with any skincare questions you may have and will provide helpful tips on keeping your skin at its best!

Booking a Virtual consultation?

Please follow the booking link here and schedule for an available 20 minute time slot. Virtual appointments are conducted over video through Google Hangouts, so please have your computer, iPad, or phone ready with video turned on.

Rescheduling or Cancelling your Virtual Consult 

We will send you several emails and text messages to remind you of your upcoming appointment. If you cannot make your scheduled appointment time, please cancel or rebook through your original booking email. If you are having trouble rescheduling or cancelling, please contact us at customercare@farmacybeauty.com.


Farmacy Rewards Program

What is the Farmacy Rewards program?

The Farmacy Rewards program allows you to earn points that are redeemable on future purchases. Points are earned on reviews, social media shares, birthdays, and purchases. You can use Rewards for discounts and to redeem complimentary mini products (with a purchase).  This program is only valid for Farmacy products on farmacybeauty.com. 

Earning Points 

Once you have joined Rewards, points are earned for all purchases. Please be sure to sign in before completing your purchase to ensure points are attributed. Every $1 spent counts as 1 point toward your balance. Points can be redeemed starting at 100 points. 

Point Accreditation

Points are automatically added to your account 35 days after purchase. If you provide a review or follow us on social media, points will appear the next day. 

Redeeming Points 

Sign into your account and select the tab called Redeem Points. You can select vouchers worth monetary discounts toward your next order, or redeem your points for free mini products (these items will not be added to your cart unless another full price item is added). 

A note on vouchers: there are two types of vouchers,one-time purchase and subscription vouchers. If you would like to apply the discount on your next subscription order, please redeem the subscription-specific voucher. One-time purchase vouchers will not work on subscription orders and vice-versa. 

Points Slider at Checkout

You can also redeem your points at checkout by signing into your account. Once signed in, a points redemption slider will appear and allow you to redeem as many points as you have in your account. 

You cannot use an additional discount code on top of the reward discount. 

Point Expiration

Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points 12 months. 

If the account does not have any qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points earned will expire.

Do I lose points if I return an order?

If you return an order, all points earned from the purchase will be removed from your account.

Reward Account Log-In Issues 

Try resetting your password by clicking the “forgot password” link on the Farmacy Rewards sign-in page. You will receive an email to the address on file prompting you to reset your password. If you are still unable to access your account, please contact customer care.


Subscriptions

What is the subscription program?

Our subscription program allows you to have your favorite products automatically delivered to your doorstep at the frequency you select. You will enjoy 10% off every order along with free shipping. You will also receive Rewards Points every time an order ships. 

How do I subscribe?

When adding a product to your cart, select the ''Subscribe and Save %'' option. Choose your delivery frequency and click ''add to cart.''

Will I get a reminder email before my next auto-delivery shipment?

Yes, you will receive a reminder email three days before your subscription is set to ship.

Can I change the frequency of my subscription?

You can change your delivery frequency at any time by logging into your account.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can only change the shipping address of your future deliveries. Simply log into your account and select ''manage subscriptions." Please note that our fulfilment process happens quickly post-purchase, and we are unable to modify the shipping address of an order that has been processed or shipped.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel or pause a subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting ''manage subscriptions.''

Can I apply promotional codes to my subscription order? 

Promotional codes do not apply to orders that have subscription items. However, you can redeem Reward vouchers for a discount off your next subscription.

Partnership with Feeding America 

Farmacy Beauty is proud to support Feeding America in our efforts to make healthy food accessible to all. In the US alone, 72 billion pounds of food are wasted every year, yet an estimated 54 million people struggle with food insecurity. Feeding America is the leading domestic hunger relief organization with a nationwide network of 200 food banks. 1 in 7 Americans is currently served by the Feeding America network.

Our Impact: 

  • We donated 300,000 meals* toFeeding America’s COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund
  • We donated 5 meals* for each purchase of our House of Gold and Green House limited edition holiday sets during the 2020 holiday season. 
  • We donated an additional 125,000 holiday meals* via Feeding America.

Sustainable Packaging Practices 

Clean beauty also means working toward a cleaner, greener Earth. In addition to our work in helping fight food insecurity, we are working toward making all components of our packaging, from product containers to shipping boxes, recyclable. Currently, all paper product boxes are made from post-consumer waste paper and some of our plastic tubes are made with post-consumer waste plastic. While we currently ship with 100% recyclable shipping boxes and packing material, we will be making the switch toward even more sustainable shipping practices in 2021. 

How can I recycle my Farmacy product containers?

We encourage the reuse and recycling of our containers and packaging materials whenever possible. When you are finished with your product, upcycle the container and use it on your vanity, in your garden or around your home. Otherwise, please check your local guidelines to recycle all glass and plastic containers. All of our paper packaging and shipping boxes are recyclable!

Farmacy Affiliate Program

What is the Farmacist Affiliate Program?

We are always seeking partnerships with fashion, lifestyle, food, bloggers, websites, and apps to help spread the word about Farmacy products.  When a purchase is made through your Farmacist affiliate link, commission is earned. 

What do I need to qualify to be a Farmacist?

Please fill out the application form found on ShareASale.comOnce your Farmacy submission has been approved, sign into your account and accept Farmacy’s Affiliate Agreement terms. If you are new to ShareASale.com, you will have to wait until your account has been approved to accept the terms. Once accepted, your application process is complete.

What perks do I get as a Farmacist?

As a part of our affiliate program, you can receive up to 20% commission per sale.  You can also receive exclusive first looks at new products and special promotional opportunities.
