Shipping & Returns
Farmacy Beauty offers free standard shipping for orders to the domestic U.S. and Puerto Rico that total $40 or more before taxes and after any discounts or promotions have been applied. For orders less than $40, there is a $5 delivery charge for standard shipping. We ship to Canada for an additional delivery charge, which includes any applicable duties and taxes.
For U.S. orders only, we offer 2-day expedited shipping for a $15 flat rate. Please note that we cannot ship expedited orders to P.O. boxes. Please also note that the 2-day shipping process starts once the order leaves our warehouse and not from the date that the order was placed.
We ship Monday through Friday, except on federal holidays. All orders placed before 12 p.m. ET Monday through Friday will generally ship the same day. However, during busier periods, orders may take slightly longer to fulfill. Orders placed after 12 p.m. ET, or on Saturday or Sunday, will typically ship the next business day.
We ship domestic U.S. orders via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx, and we ship all orders to Canada via FedEx. Orders shipped via both carriers will typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Domestic U.S. orders: Return shipping charges are on us! Our customer care representative will email you a prepaid return label. Once we receive your item, we’ll send a refund or a replacement product. Please allow 5–7 business days to receive your refund and up to 10 business days to receive a replacement product. Please note, for returns of gift sets, you must return the entire set as we do accept returns on individual gift set components.
Canada orders: Returns do require an additional shipping fee at this time. Duties & taxes paid by the customer are not eligible for refunds. Our customer care representative will email you a return shipping rate and next steps.
