Shipping & Returns
Due to a high volume of orders received during our sale and as well the inclement weather, your items may take a little longer than usual to arrive. We thank you for your patience as we work on delivering your shipment as quickly as possible.
For domestic U.S. orders only, we offer free standard shipping on orders $40+. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $5 for all orders under $40. We ship our products to Canada & Puerto Rico for an additional shipping fee, and customers will be responsible for any applicable duties & taxes on delivery.
2-Day Expedited Shipping is available for U.S. orders only for a flat fee of $15.00. Please note, the 2-day shipping process starts once the order leaves our warehouse and not from the date of when the order is placed.
Orders may take 1 to 2 business days to process, especially during busier periods. We ship Monday through Friday, except during Federal holidays.
We ship domestic U.S. orders via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx and Canada orders via FedEx - both typically take 2 - 5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Domestic U.S. orders: Return shipping charges are on us! Our customer care representative will email you a prepaid return label. Once we receive your item, we’ll send a refund or a replacement product. Please allow 5–7 business days to receive your refund and up to 10 business days to receive a replacement product. Please note, for returns of gift sets, you must return the entire set as we do accept returns on individual gift set components.
Canada orders: Returns do require an additional shipping fee at this time. Duties & taxes paid by the customer are not eligible for refunds. Our customer care representative will email you a return shipping rate and next steps.
