Shipping


Due to an increase in order volume and the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, please note that it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive. We are working hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but as we take the necessary precautions to keep our warehouse and logistics staff safe and healthy, there may be delays in preparing orders for shipment.

Once you’ve received an email that your order has shipped, referto the tracking information for the most up-to-date information.

We ship domestic U.S. and Puerto Rico orders via USPS or FedEx. Orders shipped via both carriers will typically arrive within 2 to 6 business days. We are not shipping internationally at this time.

Free Shipping: Farmacy Beauty offers free standard shipping for orders to the domestic U.S. and Puerto Rico that total $40 or more before taxes, and after any discounts or promotions have been applied. For orders less than $40 there is a $5 delivery charge for standard shipping.

2-Day Shipping: For domestic U.S. orders, we offer 2-day expedited shipping for a $15 flat rate. However, we cannot ship expedited orders to military addresses or P.O. boxes. It’s important to note that the 2-day shipping process starts once the order leaves our warehouse, not from the date that the order was placed.

We ship Monday through Friday, except on federal holidays. Orders will generally ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m. ET and Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. Orders may take slightly longer to fulfill during busier periods.

Order Modifications


Due to the rate of our fulfillment process, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders after they’ve been placed. We’re also unable to change shipping addresses after orders have been submitted. Please double-check that all shipping info is accurate before placing your order! Please note, any orders placed separately will ship separately.

If you’d still like to request a change, email customer service at customercare@farmacybeauty.com. We can’t guarantee it, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We’re committed to making sure you are in love with your FarmacyBeauty.com purchase! If you’re not absolutely satisfied, simply return new or gently used items for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Domestic U.S. orders: Return shipping charges are on us! Our customer care representative will email you a prepaid return label. Once we have received your items, please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to process.Please note that to receive a refund for kits, gift sets, and duos, you must return all of the items that were originally included. We do not offer partial refunds for kits, gift sets, and duos. At the moment, we are not able to offer exchanges.

In addition, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders of our Antiseptic Hand Sanitizer. This item is final sale.
