Shipping

Once you’ve received an email that your order has shipped, refer to the tracking information for the most up-to-date information.

We ship domestic U.S. and Puerto Rico orders via FedEx. Orders will typically arrive within 2 to 6 business days. We are not shipping internationally at this time.

Free Shipping: Farmacy Beauty offers free ground shipping for orders to the domestic U.S. and Puerto Rico that total $40 or more before taxes, and after any discounts or promotions have been applied. For orders less than $40 there is a $5 delivery charge for ground shipping. Delivery is estimated between 4-8 days.

Standard Shipping: Orders placed with standard shipping will arrive within 3-6 days. There is a $7 charge. 

2-Day Shipping: For domestic U.S. orders, we offer 2-day expedited shipping for a $15 flat rate. However, we cannot ship expedited orders to military addresses or P.O. boxes. It’s important to note that the 2-day shipping process starts once the order leaves our warehouse, not from the date that the order was placed.

Overnight Shipping: We offer overnight shipping only for orders placed by 12pm ET Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 12pm Friday or over the weekend will not ship until the following business day. 

Order Fulfillment:We ship Monday through Friday, except on federal holidays. Orders will generally ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm ET and Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. Orders may take slightly longer to fulfill during busier periods.

International Shipping and Freight Forwarding:Please note that we do not ship internationally at this time and cannot be liable for orders placed with a freight forwarder. If you elect to use a freight forwarder and your package is lost in transit, either before or after arriving to the forwarding station, we are not able to replace or refund the order. We encourage international customers to order through our Authorized Retailers, who can offer direct shipping to your country without the use of a forwarding service. 

Order Modifications


Due to the rate of our fulfillment process, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders after they have been placed. We’re also unable to change shipping addresses after orders have been submitted. Please double-check that all shipping information is accurate before placing your order. Please note: any orders placed separately will ship separately.
