The packaging is SO bad.

"I absolutely love the actually serum, it’s worked really well and makes my skin look great, but I’ve purchased two bottles of this and each one has leaked SO much from the top. Every day product leaks out the bottle, and it’s not just a tiny drip, it’s enough to rub down the side of the bottle and leave rings on my counters. It doesn’t happen right away, it’s after maybe a few weeks of consistent use, but I won’t be purchasing more until that’s addressed because so much gets wasted. The product itself is great, I just wish the packaging was better."

"Although this serum can feel a bit oily upon initial use, it absorbs quickly and beautifully! It layers well under makeup and sunscreen, making it an easy product for everyday use. It keeps my skin feeling hydrated and looking glowy. However, the packaging is an absolute mess. After a few uses, it starts to leak. At first I thought it was the first bottle I purchased but it has happened twice. Sometimes it even leaks from the bottom of the cap and it leaks down onto the bottle, making your counter sticky. It’s really such a shame that such a pricey and wonderful product is packaged in something so messy and cheap. Farmacy, if you can change this, it would be perfect!"
