"I have been using the old version for at least 5 years and loved it. Since you stopped the old version, I started to try out the new balm. But I don’t feel like it. This one is not as well melting as the old one, not as much as clean either. Most importantly, the old one never hurt your eyes even you opened your eyes by accident during the removal process, but this one does! I will either stock a lot the old version if I have a chance, or change to other brand’s products."
