 How do I recycle my empty Farmacy products?

1)Clean + Dry:To ensure your empties get recycled, be sure to clean + dry them out. Rules vary by city, but removing any residue will reduce the chance of contamination.

2)Recycle What You Can:

• Collect up to 5 empties: at least 1 must be Farmacy, but we’ll take back other brands’ empties too (including those hard-to-recycle pumps, droppers, etc)!

• We’ll send you a shipping label + will take care of the rest!

One of our sustainability seeds is a commitment to waste-free packaging, and recycling plays an important part. Did you know thatin the U.S., only 8% of plastic and 27% of glass is recycled? To help change this for the better, we will recycle your empty containers with TerraCycle waste-free boxes to recycle packaging parts that are not recyclable through curbside programs.

Here’s how to participate:

1. Rinse + dry:
   To ensure your empties make it through the recycling process, rinse them out to remove any product residue and let them dry.
2. Remove caps + recycle what you can:
   All of our jars, bottles, and tubes can be recycled curbside with your normal recyclables. However, be sure to remove all caps and pump parts to send back to us, so we can recycle them with TerraCycle. Remember, recycling rules vary by city, so don’t forget your check + follow your local rules.
3. Send caps, pump parts, + anything else to us:
   Finally, email recycle@farmacybeauty.com to generate a free prepaid shipping label, then mail your empties back to us!*

Terms:

- We’ll take up to 5 empties at a time, as long as at least 1 empty is from Farmacy. We'll even take empties from other brands!
- Please use your own box or mailing envelope to package your recyclable items. We do not provide shipping materials.
- All recycling labels are free of charge. Please generate a new label for each batch of 5 items and package separately. There is no limit to how many boxes of empties you can send back.
